I would need a rigged textured 3D model. Also, i can export models from UE and Unity games.

How much does the commission cost?

Armor starts from $15, weapons - $5. The price can increase if it's something more challenging to make.

If i don't have other commissions at this moment, it takes around 1-2 days.

No, i cannot. This is a Blade & Sorcery bug that is well known.
